Understand the metrics of managing a dynamic practice as we explore current market trends, “must know metrics” and operations that have a powerful effect on performance and profitability.

After this lecture, you will be able to:

1.) Discuss how to turn practice information into business value.
2.) Describe the key “must know” metrics to improve practice performance.
3.) Explain how to optimize systems to increase case starts.

Length of session:
Each session consisting of lecture and audience questions will last 75 minutes.
