Maintaining a thriving practice insists that you be an informed business manager with eyes open on today's marketplace/consumer/competition. With the demands of day-to-day operations, it’s easy to neglect the business of information – and when you don’t have the information you need, it’s difficult to identify trends or make decisions to alter your course. Understand the metrics of managing a dynamic practice as we explore current market trends, “must know metrics” and operations that have a powerful effect on performance and profitability.

After this lecture, you will be able to:

1.) Discuss how to turn practice information into business value.
2.) Describe the key “must know” metrics to improve practice performance.
3.) Explain how to optimize systems to increase case starts.

Length of session:
Each session consisting of lecture and audience questions will last 75 minutes.

Cost:
No charge, but advance registration is required.

Continuing Education:
Each participant who completes the Webinar will earn 1.0 CE credit.
