Marketing can make or break an orthodontic practice more than any other segment of dentistry. However, despite marketing competition, few practices view marketing as a component that can be measured for effectiveness. In this webinar, Mr. Tucker will discuss building potential patient profiles, identifying the marketing channels available for an orthodontic practice, and how to monitor the back-end of a potential patient’s experience to optimize pending conversions and to gain feedback on why patients do not commit to treatment.
After this lecture, you will be able to:
1.) Identify the target audience of each element of their marketing efforts.
2.) Develop a consumer profile for prospective patients to assist in treatment conversion.
3.) Explain the importance of post-visit feedback to improve exam conversions.
Length of session:
Each session consisting of lecture and audience questions will last 75 minutes.
