Dr. Danielle Fry (1.25 CE) presents on tongue functional concerns and potential malocclusions, parameters to look for to determine an oral-motor dysfunction, phase 1 therapy options and interdisciplinary treatment options guided by CBCT imaging with myofunctional therapy, ENT, and Orthodontics.

Learning Objectives:
  • Learn proper soft tissue evaluation of tongue posture
  • Learn key areas to look for in determining a tongue tie
  • Learn why posterior tongue ties matter to development of upper jaw
  • Discuss co-morbities of tongue ties and poor tongue tone
  • Discuss tongue/jaw differential and how it affects the TMJs
