Conventional orthopedic management of maxillary retrognathic Class III patients involves the use of face mask. Treatment with face mask needs to start at a very young age and success depends heavily on patient compliance. This presentation is going to discuss the current evidence on the use different adjuncts to maximize effects of orthopedic Class III correction and intra-oral methods with mini-screw anchored orthopedic appliances.
