Going Viral -- COVID Effects on Education, Patient Care and Recruitment (1.25 CE). Dr. Jose A. Bosio, Dr. Jae Park, Dr. Kelton Stewart and Dr. Leslie Will share how they pivoted to quickly go viral during a pandemic, it's lasting impacts at their various universities, and what they have planned for the coming year.  Moderator, Dr. Padma Mukherjee will lead the discussion which will include:

• Clinical changes made to their program to ensure continuity of clinical experiences.
• Didactic simulations implemented to increase residents' learning experiences.
• The impact of virtual interviews and what, if anything you'll continue from this practice, in the future?
• Elaborate on how you accessed the clinical outcomes of this graduating class.
  

Program will include a Q&A and discussion opportunity for the virtual attendees.
