Beth Leach presents My Brand is ... What I Say, What I Do, What I Post (1.25 CE) -- Branding a practice has changed; it’s personal, it’s emotional, it’s heavily influenced by social cues. During this lecture we will go beyond the graphic representation of your brand to the strategies and languaging that create brand differentiation for yourself, your team, and your practice. You may not be the only orthodontic practice in your area, but you are unique. Establishing your unique brand in every aspect of your practice life is essential to building a successful practice.

  • Create a brand language in your practice to help team members talk about what makes the practice great.
  • Evaluate the communication methods that work best to get your brand out into the community and beyond.
  • Build language that includes messaging on text, chat, social media and messenger communications that reflects your brand position
