This Webinar will begin with a review of how to determine overhead. Most profit and loss statements do not give an accurate representation of true overhead of the practice. A form will be shown that will show attendees how to translate a Profit and Loss statement to determine true overhead. Overhead targets by line item in a sample P&L will be discussed including a review of industry norms. Understanding your market segment and overhead targets within each segment will be discussed.
