Participants will gain a solid knowledge base to return to their office and immediately apply what they learn to their patients.

Scheduling demands from patients and parents can be stressful in any orthodontic day. This class will explore available patient/parent scheduling education tools and scheduling scripting fully. The examples provided will include: scheduling discussion during the new patient process, scheduling contract at start of treatment, handling missed, cancelled and comfort care/emergency appointment requests as well as, many other scheduling stressors. You will leave with effective scheduling scripting and forms to help solve these troublesome scheduling problem areas either before they start or help you manage them smoothly when they occur.
