Dr. Nicolas Salesse (1.00 CE) presents on In-house Aligner and Lingual Appliance Production for Simple and Medium Cases.  Dr. Salesse covers how to start doing in-house aligner and basic lingual orthodontics with a starting investment of $500.

He will follow up by showing what can be done with in-house aligner in a normal clinical setting, insisting on the logistic limitation and how to greatly increase the range of case treatable by incorporating a low-cost low-skill lingual solution.

Clinical cases treated by clinician without prior lingual training/experience will be shown, then we will explain the mechanical reason why the lingual part is so easy with the associated limitation.

Learning Objectives:

  • How to set-up in-house aligner fabrication in your office with a small investment.
  • Recommended products and supplies to get started
  • Specific case treatments using in-house aligners using the recommended equipment, as well as case examples using lingual training.
