Description

Is your office culture one of seamless teamwork and selflessness or one of conflict, drama and stress? Do you feel stuck with an unhealthy culture and have no idea how to change? The culture of your office is the foundation upon which your practice is built and will affect all aspects of your practice. Healthy teamwork make life easier for the doctor, the team and your patients. This presentation will present a plan to help you establish a positive culture and put systems in place to emphasize team over self and to decrease conflict and drama.

  • Create a team agreement for your office.
  • Set goals and get your team on board.
  • Establish healthy conflict resolution.
