Missing teeth in the anterior and posterior area are frequent orthodontic challenges. Although prosthodontic replacement can be considered a viable solution, orthodontic space closure is preferable in order to avoid looming long-term sequelae. The speaker will present uncommon demanding clinical scenarios which have been addressed with common sense treatment planning and application of simple but effective biomechanics.
Learning Objectives:
Handle challenging clinical situations due to missing teeth with straightforward treatment planning.
Apply simple but effective biomechanics even for complex malocclusions with missing teeth.
Implement treatment options you would not have considered before this lecture.
