probably cannot take home schedule because hipaa but we need to find a way to be prepared for our patients for the day . the morning meeting helps but each assistant needs to be aware of who is coming and what they are doing with that patient to be prepared to set up the rooms. we need to be quick at this and be more efficient. we have to be accountable for our patients when it comes to the schedule . OR when assistant arrives , should be given a copy of the schedule (or their or column) to prepare themselves for that patient / procedure .
