Dr. Christina DiBona Pastan, DMD, RYT 300 (1.25 CE) We can’t pour from an empty cup and if we are not full mentally and physically we cannot bring our best selves to our personal life, professional practice and to the people we serve. Self-care is care for you and provided for you and in order to take care of others we need to take care of ourselves first. This presentation will focus on the demands of dentistry, the importance of self-care for the professional and simple ways to incorporate stress reducing and restoring practices to your personal and professional life.
