This presentation will focus on integrating Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) into a modern orthodontic practice and will also serve as an introduction to Airway-Centered Orthodontics. The advantages of the three-dimensional approach in diagnosis, treatment planning, airway analysis, and patient communication will be discussed. Not only can you help your patients smile better, but you can help them breathe better and live better as well. Some of the challenges that may make it difficult for clinicians to change from two-dimensional diagnosis to three-dimensional diagnosis and why this change is essential for the future of orthodontics will also be discussed.
