Description

In this presentation, Jackie Shoemaker will discuss how a consultant analyzes the cash flow success of a practice, which is the cornerstone of the financial strength of your practice. We will analyze the cash flow components of patient delinquency, insurance delinquency and financial arrangements, discuss the calculation of cash flow ratios and examine how each of these components can be maximized in the practice. When completed, you should be able to analyze your practice and determine where cash flow has yet to be maximized.

Learning Objectives:

Assess the components involved in the maximization of cash flow.
  • Understand the expectations for reducing patient & insurance delinquency to maximize cash flow.
  • Analyze the effects financial arrangements have on the maximization of cash flow.
