The Role of the Clinical Coordinator

The role of the clinical coordinator is vital to the success of the medium to large-size orthodontic practice. In this fast-paced lecture, Ken Alexander will take his 30 years of consulting experience and show how much more effective an orthodontic practice can be with a well-trained clinical coordinator. The listener will be exposed to a step-by-step review of each of the clinical coordinator’s key responsibilities, including how to best lead the clinical team and the doctor by managing the scheduling system, daily patient flow and patient cooperation.
