Orthodontic practices are busy places with patients coming and going every few minutes. Staff members need to work at top speed to stay on schedule. In order to protect patients and the dental team, an effective infection control program must be in place. This course will provide the participant with information on the dental teams role in infection control, including proper disinfection and sterilization techniques, creating an office infection control program, and how to prevent cross contamination.
