Most business owners and managers are adept at equipping employees with adequate job knowledge and job skill. As a result, they produce competent employees who, while capable of consistently executing the duties and tasks that are required of their job role, are unenlightened: unaware of organizational purpose, uniformed about the totality of their job roles, and uninspired. Many of these employees describe their jobs as routine and monotonous. This presentation will outline exactly what managers and staff members must do to move beyond the goal of simply being competent to being both competent and inspired to achieve their highest priority at work!
