Are We Wise When We Buy Supplies?

Ordering supplies for an orthodontic office can be overwhelming, from keeping track of the smallest brackets, to organizing thousands of wires. How often should I order, how should I do inventory, how much stock should I keep on hand? These questions will be answered in this 1-hour seminar which will layout an outline how to set up your ordering and inventory system. This program will help the doctor and staff take control of supply overhead in the practice.

  • Design a storage and inventory plan that will maintain a constant flow in the work place.
  • Develop a categorized inventory and vendor list.
  • Find cost effective ways to save money when ordering stock.
