While their responsibilities may be vastly different, Treatment Coordinators and Financial Coordinators both have a direct impact on sales and cash flow in the practice. In the big picture, the job descriptions of these two positions are intertwined and their goals should be more aligned. If each can understand their role, they can begin to orchestrate the flow of money and learn how to positively affect each other's performance to strike a balance between case acceptance and cash flow.
