Dr. Graham is both a physician and dentist, completing an internship in general surgery, training in oral and maxillofacial surgery, and receiving a certificate in orthodontics. He has been practicing for nearly ten years. Dr. Graham is on faculty at both the University of the Pacific and the University of Rochester and serves as an editor for several journals. He is a past president of the Arizona State Orthodontic Association and practices in both Phoenix and Salt Lake City.
