Dr. Eustaquio Araujo received his Masters in Dental Sciences and Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Pittsburgh. He is the former Associate Executive Director, Orthodontic Program Director and Clinic Director of the Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education. He is the Pete Sotiropoulos endowed professor of orthodontics at SLU. Dr. Araujo received the Louise Jada Jarabak Award in 2015 and is a Diplomate of the American and Brazilian Boards of Orthodontics; a member of the Angle Society of Orthodontics, Midwest Component; past-president of the Brazilian Board of Orthodontics; a former president of the Pontifical Catholic University in Brazil (PUCMinas), founder and first chairman of the graduate dental department of PUCMinas. Presently, he has also been appointed director of the recently created Graduate Department of Dentistry at the Faculdade de Ciencias Medicas de Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
