Bimaxillary Protrusion Treatment by the Addition of Mini-implant Anchorage

In big protrusive cases, treatment results strongly depend on cooperation with prescribed headgear use. Because an implant anchor is developed in late years, the maximum intrusion and distalization of the upper incisors is easily performed without patient cooperation, by application of mini-implant anchor. Treated cases and the mechanics of obtaining a good result will be shown.
