Dr. Hilliard is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and earned a certificate in orthodontics from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He holds seven patents related to the orthodontic profession and is the inventor of the Hilliard Thermopliers. He is in private practice in Lakeland, Florida.
