Mr. Alex Rasmussen BA

Alex Rasmussen, BA was building the digital marketing division of a web design company, when he met Dr. Kyle Fagala, an orthodontist and one of his first clients. The work was going really well, generating interesting ideas and strong results. Rasmussen was making a big contribution to Fagala’s rapid success, leading to a second office for Saddle Creek Orthodontics after just two years in business. The relationship evolved into a friendship – and eventually, a business partnership when the two co-founded Neon Canvas, a boutique marketing firm focused on orthodontic practices. Neither has ever heard of a similar firm. The Neon Canvas team now has won multiple advertising awards, named a best as a best place to work by the business journal and works with Orthodontist throughout the US and Canada. In addition to running Neon Canvas and traveling extensively to work with client partners across the country, Rasmussen is a husband and father of four. He co-founded the Memphis Footgolf Course, the first footgolf-only golf course in the country. He serves on the National Alumni Board for Christian Brothers University and was named CBU’s Alumni Partner of the Year in 2016. He also volunteers at St. Mary’s soup kitchen and serves on the Admissions and Marketing Committee for CBHS. He’s a volunteer youth coach for soccer, basketball and football and supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Youth Villages, The First Tee of Memphis and Disabled American Veterans.
