Alfred Jackson DDS, MS

Dr. Alfred Jackson was born in Hattiesburg, MS but moved frequently during his childhood because his mother was a nurse and officer in the United States Air Force. She raised his older brother, now a surgeon in the Air Force, and Alfred as a single parent while reaching the rank of Lt. Colonel. Dr. Jackson attended 11 different schools from Kindergarten to 12th grade, and after graduating from residency in December 2007, he worked as an associate in Chapel Hill, NC while his wife finished her residency. Dr. Alfred Jackson started his own practice in 2011 in Charlotte, NC. In 2016 he bought his second practice in Fort Mill,SC. In 2019 he partnered with another orthodontist friend to buy a 3rd practice, and in January 2020 he recently partnered to open a new practice, the most recent two practices under different brands. Dr. Jackson is married to Dr. Stephanie Jackson, a pediatric dentist, who practices in her own two locations. In August 2020 he plans to open his own separate pediatric dental office. They have 3 children together, ages 8,6, and 18 months. Dr. Jackson’s hobbies include exercising, watching sports, traveling, and spending too much time on Facebook. His practices are centered on a commitment to creating the best clinical results and striving to standout as a community leader. Dr. Jackson continues his commitment to his community with countless programs he developed including, but not limited to, a male mentor program he founded for middle school young men, elementary scholarship programs, high school dental shadow programs, and monthly local charity donations and awareness promotions. Dr. Jackson believes it takes a village to raise a child… and to make them smile.
