He has provided advisory services to leading technology solution providers and expert guidance and best practices to Fortune 500 companies. He is the author of three books, numerous articles and white papers. He was the founder and editor of the e-Commerce Executive newsletter and the EDI Buyer’s Guide. He founded the management consulting firms Breakthrough Business Technologies and e-Commerce Strategies, which have enabled companies to implement more efficient processes and leveraging technologies to position them to compete better in today’s market and in the future. He has given lectures and presentations in more than 20 countries. Jack has a degree in Business Administration from Yale and an MBA from Kellogg in Finance and Marketing.
