Jodi Peacock began her career working in an orthodontic office, moved into consulting working with Hummingbird Associates, successfully managed and grew one of the largest orthodontic practices in North America and most recently created systems for Smile Doctors. Having experienced and excelled in every aspect of the orthodontic profession for more than 30 years has propelled her to master concepts and techniques to help practices excel and grow. She is a specialist in the new patient process working with both treatment coordinators and front desk team members creating successful systems and enhanced verbal skills.
