Lorri Ann Morford PhD

Dr. Lorri A. Morford is an Assistant Professor within the Department of Oral Health Science, Division of Orthodontics at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry (UKCD). She holds a Ph.D. in Immunology with postdoctoral experience in developmental gene regulation, RNA processing and genetics. Dr. Morford is a member in the University of Kentucky Center for Oral Health Research, the Co-Director of the Hereditary Genetics/Genomics Core Laboratory and a course director/instructor for the UKCD Post-graduate Education Program and Craniofacial Genetics Continuing Education Program. She has previously served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Dental Research (2015-2017), as well as functions as an ad hoc reviewer for Angle Orthodontist, the European Journal of Oral Sciences, and the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dental Orthopedics. Dr. Morford currently the acting President for the Craniofacial Biology Group of the International Association of Dental Research (IADR).
