Dr. Katherine W. L. Vig BDS, MS, D.Orth., FDS.RCS.

Dr. Katherine Vig's orthodontic training was at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London, England. She continued at the Eastman as a Registrar, Senior Registrar before being appointed as a Consultant after 10 year experience of teaching and clinical practice. She joined the faculty at the University of North Carolina in 1977, was appointed as an Associate Professor at the University of Michigan until 1990 when she became Professor and Chair of Orthodontics at the University of Pittsburgh. In 1994 she was recruited to Chair the Orthodontic Department until 2008 when she became part time faculty until 2014 when she moved to Boston and was appointed to the Orthodontic faculty at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
