Brad A. Chvatal DMD, MS

Dr. Brad Chvatal is currently in a solo private practice in Eugene, Oregon. He received his orthodontic certificate and Master's degree from Baylor College of Dentistry. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the Northwest Component of the Angle Society, and a member and instructor of the Tweed Foundation.
