Andre Wilson Machado DDS, MS, PhD

Andre Wilson Machado, D.D.S., M.S., PhD is a Associate Professor for an orthodontic program, School of Dentistry, Federal University of Bahia, Brazil. He completed his orthodontic education at Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais and his PhD at the Paulista State University – Araraquara, Brazil. His thesis research work has been published in various international journals, not necessarily limited to orthodontics. He also is an author and co-author of more than 70 articles published worldwide. He has given lectures in more than 30 cities, totaling over 100 presentations. His current focus has been establishing protocols for smile esthetics diagnosis and treatment.
