Dr. Hyunduck Nah is an Associate Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Dental Medicine. She is a craniofacial and cleft lip/palate team orthodontist at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her clinical expertise includes pre-and post-surgical orthodontic management of patients with various birth defects, including cleft lip/palate and other craniofacial deformities. She is also the Director of the Craniofacial Research Laboratory at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her research projects, supported by the NIH, are in the studies of TMJ development/maintenance and the molecular genetics of cleft lip/palate formation.
