Dr. Kapur is Professor of Medicine and Director of Sleep Medicine for the Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine Division at the University of Washington. He founded the UW Medicine Sleep Center and is the Program Director for the Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program. His research has focused on the epidemiology and management of sleep apnea. He is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine and on the Editorial Board of the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine.
