Juan-Carlos Quintero, DMD, MS received his Dental Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and certificate in Orthodontics from the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF). He also received a Master's of Science Degree in Oral Biology. Dr. Quintero maintains a solo orthodontic practice in South Miami, FL where he treats children and adults with an airway centered focus, and an inter-professional approach. He is a faculty member at The L.D. Pankey Institute; he is an attending professor at Miami Children’s Hospital, Department of Pediatric Dentistry, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Baptist Hospital Foundation. Dr. Quintero is past-president of the South Florida Academy of Orthodontists (SFAO). His academic interests include Airway-centered orthodontics and 3D craniofacial imaging.
