There, she oversaw more than 3,000 journalists at 110 newspapers, and led the organization to an historic three Pulitzer Prizes. She is also the inaugural Distinguished Journalism Fellow at Princeton’s Institute for Advanced Study.

Dubbed “innovator in chief” by The New York Times and “star editor” by CNN, Lipman began her career at The Wall Street Journal, where she rose to become the highest-ranking woman in the paper’s history, created Weekend Journal and Personal Journal, and supervised coverage that won an additional three Pulitzer Prizes.
