Amanda Floyd began her orthodontic career in 1998, spending many years learning every position in an ortho practice before taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2015. Together she and Dr. Fishbein, along with their team, have grown a small practice of 2 offices into a flourishing 9 location, 25M annual production practice across Florida’s panhandle. Amanda was named “Business Woman of the Year” by the Junior League of Pensacola and has been recognized as a “Best Employer” multiple times. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Fishbein Orthodontics, Regional Vice President of Smile Doctors, CEO and Co-Founder of Fishbein Fundamentals, and CEO and Founder of Amanda Floyd Private Consulting. Since starting their consulting business in 2018, she and the Fishbein team have hosted around 1000 practices.
