Dr. Ashleigh Kmentt DMD, MS

Dr. Ashleigh Diana Kmentt is a 2025 graduate of the University of North Carolina’s Orthodontic Residency Program. After graduating summa cum laude from Miami University of Ohio and top of her class at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, she was grateful to find her orthodontic home in the challenging and high-demand, yet inspiring academic environment at UNC’s Department of Orthodontics. Her Master’s thesis titled “3D Evaluation of Treatment Outcomes for Miniplate-Anchored Class II Growth Modification” won the Alumni Research Award and was selected as a finalist for the 2025 William R. Proffit Resident Scholar Award competition. Since graduation, she has returned home to the Cleveland area to fulfill a lifelong dream of family orthodontic practice alongside her father. She earned her board certification in the Fall of 2025 and is an active member of the Northeast Ohio Dental Society, Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity, and a local orthognathic study club.
