Dr. Bethany Cook DMD, MS

Dr. Bethany Cook is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. She received her undergraduate degree in Materials Science Engineering followed by her doctorate of dental medicine from Case Western Reserve University. She then completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Michigan. Dr. Cook joined private practice as an associate in Toledo, Ohio.
