Carleton Wilkins is the founder and president of Ingenuity Marketing. Combining his education in marketing, entrepreneurial experience, and early background in medicine, he offers a unique perspective on the business of orthodontics. Carleton launched Ingenuity in 2009 as a full service practice-marketing agency for orthodontists. His approach to practice growth is largely built on the concept of brand alignment, with a focus on automating the systems and solutions that help his clients attract more, better patients.
