Derek Norton has over 15 years of experience in commercial banking, primarily in credit underwriting and administration. He has oversight of the loan underwriting and approval process, developing and implementing credit policy, maintaining regulatory reporting and compliance, and managing the vendor management process. Mr. Norton’s experience also includes analyzing small-to medium-sized companies’ business plans and financial data and assesses their validity.
