Mr. Doug Copple CVA

Doug Copple is a partner at Bentson Copple & Associates, LLC and has been with the firm since July 2004. He graduated from Appalachian State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) and Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting. Prior to joining Bentson Copple & Associates, he worked with two of the nation's largest accounting firms. Heis a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Mr. Copple leads the firm’s valuation and transition services. He and his team represent doctors in buy-outs and partnership transactions to create transition plans that meet the doctors’ financial goals through the most tax-efficient operating structures. He has provided expert advice to hundreds of orthodontists during transitions, including 100% sales and partnerships, and has also advised numerous clients desiring OSO/DSO affiliations.
