Dr. Glenn Dubroc, Jr. is a 1991 graduate of the Louisiana State University Department of Orthodontics. Upon graduation, he started a private practice in New Orleans. He has been a part-time faculty member at LSU since 1996. An ABO Diplomate, Dr. Dubroc practiced in one location for 22 years using a low volume, low overhead, small practice business model, achieving financial independence and subsequently retiring at age 49. Today, Dr. Dubroc's current passions are in activities unrelated to the pursuit of income. Among these are volunteerism, helping others achieve their goals, and teaching financial independence fundamentals to high school students up through young professionals. Among his awards and honors are the 2009 New Orleans Dental Association's Honor Dentist, Holy Cross School's 2014 Alumnus of the Year, and the 2015 Louisiana Dental Association's Distinguished Service Award. He was President of the New Orleans Dental Association in 2003 and Chairman of the New Orleans Dental Conference/LDA Annual Session in 2007. He is currently the Chairman of Local Arrangements for ADA's 2024 SmileCon in New Orleans.
