Hannah Fayard

Originally from Louisiana, Hannah has nearly ten years of experience in the dental field and is an integral part of the Lang Orthodontics team. She serves as an orthodontic assistant while also contributing creatively as a social media content creator. She continues to develop and refine the practice’s onboarding process. Hannah is a trusted mentor and confidant, supporting team members at every stage of their journey within the practice.

Passionate about personal development and team training, Hannah believes strong teams are built through intentional mentorship, clear expectations, and meaningful growth opportunities that empower individuals to develop their skills, contribute with confidence, and grow alongside the practice. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family of four.
