Ms. Helen Sublette BS, RDA, CDA, COA, CDIPC, MADAA

Helen Sublette is an accomplished dental executive with over 15 years of experience leading and transforming dental organizations. She is currently working towards earning her Master of Public Health from East Carolina University, Brody school of Medicine with a concentration in Health Policy, Administration, and Leadership. As the Owner of Coastal Dental Professionals Consulting, Inc., Helen provides strategic guidance in revenue cycle management, operations, and workforce development to optimize performance across multi-site practices. She is a proprietary instructor approved by the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners, teaching Dental Radiology and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring to prepare dental assistants for clinical excellence. Helen’s professional interests include advancing dental education, strengthening administrative and clinical integration, and promoting operational efficiency and patient-centered care across dental and orthodontic settings.
