Ms. Janie Castilla

While trying to pursue her acting career in her 20's, Janie Castilla took a job at the front desk of an orthdontic practice as her "day job". 20 years later, she says that this job is the best role she has ever landed. She has worked as a scheduling coordinator, treatment coordinator, team manager and is currently the Practice Director for Ovation Orthodontics. Her passions include team culture, leadership development and communication. This is her first time speaking at the AAO and she is excited to be here with us.
