Joseph Kutyla BA, JD

Mr. Kutyla’s practice is limited to the defense of health care providers, including physicians and dental professionals. Mr. Kutyla has tried over 100 cases in state and federal courts since 1982. Since 1998, over 70% of his practice is devoted to defending dentist and dental specialists in malpractice litigation. The remainder of his practice involves representation of health care providers in disciplinary matters with State and local licensing Boards.
