Full Professor of Orthodontics, Head of the Department of Multidisciplinary Medical-Surgical and Dental Specialties, and Head of the Orthodontic Unit at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli in Naples, Italy. Past Dean of the School of Dentistry and Past Chair of the NEBEOP Postgraduate Orthodontic Program at the same university. President of the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO), and Past President of the Italian Society of Orthodontics (SIDO) and Mediterranean Orthodontic Integration Project (MOIP). Member of several Orthodontic Societies and Editorial Boards. Author of approximately 200 scientific publications, 9 books, and 10 book chapters.
