Dr. Luciane Menezes DDS, MS, PhD

Dr. Luciane Menezes has been a Full Professor at the School of Health and Life Sciences (Dentistry Course) at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) since 1998. She holds a Master's and PhD from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). She served as a Visiting Professor at Case Western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine, Department of Orthodontics (2022/2023) and Visiting Professor at Children's Hospital Los Angeles - University of Southern California (2008/2009). She has experience in the research field of Orthodontics, mainly on the following themes: biocompatibility/cytotoxicity of materials, cleft lip and palate, and cone beam computed tomography, resulting in relevant book chapters publications and articles in peer-reviewed journals.
