Dr. Mary E. Burns DMD, MS, MA
Mary E. Burns, DMD, MS, MA is a Board Certified Orthodontist, who has lectured internationally on the topics of TMJ centered Orthodontics and the role of the orthodontist in the treatment of patients with sleep disordered breathing (SDB). She obtained her Bachelors of Science and Dental Medicine Degrees from the University Of Pittsburgh. She went on to receive her Certificate in Orthodontics and a Masters of Education and Science from The Ohio State University. In 1997, Dr. Burns received certification from The Roth/ Williams Institute of TMJ centered orthodontic treatment. In 2005, she graduated from the OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry and became a faculty member of the Foundation. Dr. Burns has been in a private practice focusing on TMD and SDB in New Hope, PA for 30 years.
